Friday Night on Call

This black and white print by Alex L’Heureux depicts an image of a young Royal Canadian Mounted Policeman taking a moment from a duty and family, late at night, after an exhausting evenings work.  However, with the phone at his side, ready to respond when called.  It is a position many young members working long hours have adopted over the ages. This image speaks to Canadian strength, duty, honour, caring, tenderness and fragility.

The artwork has a wooden frame with appropriate hanging hardware included.  This double matted piece with pewter RCMP Crest above the print represents the attention to detail applied to the importance of this great artwork.
